Thrilled to share some exciting news — I’ve been awarded the Arts Council England’s Developing Your Creative Practice (DYCP) grant!

This support marks a pivotal step in my journey from digital design into material experimentation and physical making. Throughout January to March, I’ll be diving into a hands-on research and prototyping phase for Metapattern: Digital Patterning to Physical Making, a project focused on translating computational geometries into crafted, tangible works.

I’ll be collaborating with a brilliant group of makers and technologists — to explore CNC milling, mold-making, ceramics, and casting using natural pigments and recycled materials. The aim is to build a materially grounded, exhibition-ready body of work and shape the foundations of a more independent, materially expressive practice.

Thank you to Arts Council England for this transformative opportunity — and to the mentors, collaborators, and supporters who’ve helped me get to this stage.

Stay tuned for updates, prototypes, and process insights as the work unfolds!
